After almost two years of having to deal with the pandemic, almost all organizations find that the most meaningful and needed conversations to be had concern mental & emotional well-being in the workplace:

How do we create safe spaces that encourage vulnerability that does not compromise professionalism?
How do we build healthy and positive work cultures that support wellbeing while achieving results? 
How do we enable and encourage peer-support? 
How do we equip managers to support their team members? 

We are honoured to be collaborating with Claire Ong, Co-Founder of The Positive Movement from Singapore. Claire holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is trained as a coach. She has more than 10 years of experience working with both individuals and organisations in building new capacity for well-being.

Together, we are excited to bring you a showcase of I’m Fine, our online Exchange Theatre, where we will experience having conversation around mental health, while learning evidence-based strategies to better manage our mental health and support others to do the same, We hope you will take the first step towards bringing greater well-being to yourself and your organisation.
