Embracing Change with KLSP Exchange Theatre


According to a study by Mc Kinsey, 70% of all change initiatives fail due to employee resistance and a lack of support from management.


Bringing and sustaining change in an organisation is undeniably one of the toughest challenges that leaders face. In most situations, people know what they should do to get a better outcome, yet they struggle to put new behaviors into action.  


Exchange theater is a powerful tool that offers participants a safe platform to experiment with and practice new behaviors.


Cultural Impact is collaborating with KL Shakespeare Players (KLSP) to bring KLSP Exchange Theater to initiate change in organisations, teams, institutions and individuals.


Exchange theater can be used to address issues where people struggle to have meaningful conversations regarding cultural/ethnic dynamics in the workplace, gender dynamics, performance appraisal, growth mindset and HSE culture or compliance amongst others.
