Marie Tseng

Marie specialises in cross cultural facilitation and coaching. The founder of a consultancy-procurement office in Taiwan and a cross cultural trainer with the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in the Netherlands as well as Itim Brazil, Marie has lived and worked in 8 different countries over the past 30 years (France, Taiwan, UK, Netherlands, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia). Based in Kuala Lumpur since 2001, she has been working with teams from Asia, Europe and the US to enhance collaboration across cultures.
Marie is passionate about connecting people and developing compassionate, inclusive and trusting teams and organisations. She blends the theories of academics in the field of intercultural with her personal experience. Marie has developed a framework for individuals and teams to get a deeper understanding of their cultural biases, values and work habits. She helps her clients translate global corporate cultures to local context and build roadmaps to make the most of their diversity, bridge the gaps between the many cultures at stake globally. With her learning coach background, Marie also assists her clients in the long term to assimilate the skills and competences necessary to sustain a cohesive and successful team in multicultural contexts.
A native French speaker, Marie is fluent in English and Mandarin, and has good knowledge of Malay / Indonesian, Spanish and Portuguese. She is certified with the Intercultural Readiness Check and a Certified Action Learning Coach (WIAL).
William Tseng

William Tseng is the co-founder and director of Cultural Impact Sdn Bhd. After 18 years spent in the banking industry, he now shares his experiences as coach and consultant for SME top management while developing a renewable energy venture of his own in SE Asia. His last position was with the Royal Bank of Scotland as Treasurer of Singapore and managing director for Financial Institutions South East Asia. Prior to that, he was CEO/Director of Alliance Investment Bank in Kuala Lumpur, Executive Director/Country Manager Global markets in Indonesia for ABN AMRO and Country Head Loan Products for ABN AMRO in Malaysia.His banking career led him to contacts with top management and regulatory authorities in The Netherlands, Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. He himself was elected as Leadership potential in Financial Markets of ABN AMRO and participated in the Leadership Assessment Centre in Singapore in June 2004, obtaining the highest grade: “With Significant Leadership Skill and Capacity presented”.
William graduated from Fujen Catholic University in Taipei and obtained his MBA at the London Business School. A native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker, he is also fluent in English, French, Taiwanese/Hokkien. He enjoys research on Chinese antiques, with a particular focus on ceramics. He is also a private pilot license holder.
Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves

Ana offers consulting and coaching services to corporate clients in USA, Europe and Australasia. Her practice areas include executive coaching, workshop facilitation, leadership development, 360 feedback and cross-functional team effectiveness. . Ana has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams as a coach, consultant, facilitator, speaker and negotiation consultant. She draws from 20 years of experience as an IT industry executive, as an executive coach and facilitator and also as a conflict resolution expert and trainer. At Microsoft, she led a team of more than 150 customer support professionals before launching successfully a highly strategic Regional Support Center in Europe. Ana has strong intercultural skills; she has lived, worked and traveled in many countries and in several continents and she recognizes and adapts easily to a wide range of different demands and settings. Thanks to her experience and her driven attitude, she is in a unique position to support the development of global leaders. She is trilingual English, Portuguese and French. Ana is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF); Certified Mediator by the International Mediation Institute, member of the Organizational Development Network and President of the Mediation Certification Institute for Portuguese-speaking countries.
Mohd Nadzrin Wahab

Nadzrin has 20 years’ experience in learning and development at both middle and upper management levels. He started his career in customer service and journalism and gradually explored marketing, public relations, event management and eventually learning.His key career role was Project Delivery Lead and Learning Coach at the Accenture Kuala Lumpur Connected Learning Centre for 7 years where he delivered learning programs to employees from around the world. He has been certified by international bodies such as the TRACOM Group, Workforce Performance LLC UK, Infomation Mapping International and FranklinCovey.He has facilitated learning within Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, The Philippines, India, and the USA and has served clients such as Henkel, BHP Billiton, Barclays Bank, PETRONAS (and her subsidiaries), Talisman Energy, Celcom, IIUM, FELCRA, KEMAS and more.Outside of the corporate world, he teaches Intercultural Communication at the International Islamic University Malaysia and was conferred the Global Training & Development Leadership Award by the 4th World Training & Development Congress 2017 in Mumbai, India.
Francis Jee

Francis has a background in Psychology, and he has been responsible for managing corporate training functions, coaching (sports & corporate), and teaching since 1990. He is also an entrepreneur, starting his first of several businesses in 2001. He also appears on local business radio.
Since 2001, Francis has worked extensively throughout Asia delivering global programmes for multinationals. Francis is recognised for his ability to bridge cultural gaps and successfully deliver management related programmes in English to non-English speakers across various Asian cultures in locations such as Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Indonesia. He is equally effective in Singapore and Australia. His audiences consistently value his focus on practical real life applications and making content easy to relate to their roles as managers, and to their work context.
